Grossdale Railroad Depot Restoration for Brookfield Historical Society

Built in 1899 as a depot for the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad to attract residents to Grossdale, a new subdivision, this National Register site was restored and is now home to the Brookfield Historical Society. Restoration included the reconstruction of the slate roof and metal cresting as well as window restoration and painting.
